About Me

Let’s Talk
About

  • Whether diagnosed or not, however anxiety or depression looks for you, we can support you.

  • Stress can occur in any area of life, and at any time – so as soon as it crops up for you, let us help.

  • We can support you before, after or during the loss of a loved one – just say the word.

  • Once you recognise the above applies to you, the next step forward can seem miles away. We can help the road ahead feel less daunting.

  • More common than you think, but in even identifying that you feel this way you have already taken an important first step.

  • Be it after leaving a relationship, moving away from family, or any number of situations, let’s find your ideal you.

  • If something is causing you difficulty in life, no matter what it is, you'll have the time and space to explore it with our support.

What Clients Say

Your Questions
Answered

  • Online sessions are £50, in-person sessions cost £60 to cover the cost of room rental.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long as standard, though if you need shorter or longer sessions – just ask!

  • I’m qualified to work with people aged 16 upwards, although if you’re younger don’t worry – I can signpost you to an organisation better placed to support you.

  • Counselling is not crisis care, and so it won’t be the best fit for you at this time. Your best bet is to search for “crisis support”, followed by your area to find the helpline for your local crisis team.

You can also contact any of the following organisations to get the support you need, the moment you need it:

    Suicide Helpline UK: 0800-689-5652

ADFAM (National Charity Working to Improve Life for Families Affected by Drugs or Alcohol): 020-3817-9410, www.adfam.org.uk

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM): 0800-58-58-58

Crisis Text Line: Text "SHOUT" to 85258

Eating Disorder - Adult Helpline: 0808-801-0677

    National Advice Service: 0300-5000-927

National Domestic Abuse Helpline (24/7 Service):0808-2000-247
